CRUSHER BACKING

Crusher backing is a 2 pack product used as a shock absorbing material in cone crushing machines within quarries. Manufactured to a special design to produce a tough, flexible backing of low viscosity to ensure a free flow into the smallest cavities and contours behind manganese steel. Crusher Backing is used successfully in all crushers and climatic conditions to prolong the working life of machines.

Mazel Polyurethane Crusher Backing is a patented system.

• Impact strength of 11,000psi which is the same as white metal
• Easy to mix with no pre-heating
• Can be used in both extreme hot and cold conditions (as low as -32°C)
• Excellent flexural strength unlike polyester alternatives
• Virtually no shrinkage
• 2 pack sizes of 10kg and 4 x 5kg available
• Fast gel time of between 15 and 40 minutes depending on temperature
• Release agents and accelerators are available
